Consolidated Office Installation Services began in Kingston, ON in 2005. 20 years later, thanks to the trust of our valued clients, we’ve grown and continue to provide professional, reliable installation expertise.

In 2005, Capital Movers & Storage, based in Kingston ON, was busy providing a range of relocation, delivery, and warehousing services to both residential and commercial clients. With a skilled team of movers, Capital was expanding its service offerings to provide more support for office moves, assisting with the delivery and installation of office furniture and furniture systems. From that natural expansion grew the clear direction to establish a dedicated office furntiure installation branch and thus begain Capital Office Installation Services (COIS).

COIS added experienced and certified installers to its ranks, as well as assemblers and drivers and grew its client base in the greater Kingston region and throughout eastern Ontario, building a growing customer base due to its attention to detail, quality of service, and responsive approach to this segment.

In 2013 COIS welcomed a new leader and established its headquarters and new base of operations in Ottawa ON. Since that time, COIS has not looked back and has provided services to private, institutional, government, and other organizations in its role supporting the office furniture industry. COIS became a leader in demountable walls installations in this most recent decade. We’ve completed installations as far north as Cambridge Bay, NU and as far east as Halifax NS.
